Job Title: Bartender

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mixologist to join our team at Square Grill House. As a Cocktail Connoisseur, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a Bar Service Expert in a high-volume restaurant or cocktail bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations and pairings.
