Customer Communication and ExperienceMaintain a good customer experience by working with our customer service and operations teams, keeping them informed of new offers and delivery dates.
Requirements- Previous experience in a marketing/consumer product management role is required.
- An excellent academic track record, with a degree certificate of 2:1 or above in any discipline.
- A drive to have an impact on results and proactively seek opportunities for the business and for your own development and progression.
- Good interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and strong analytical ability.
- Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail, the capacity to multi-task and prioritize your time effectively.
- A results-driven mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the desire to take control of your part of the business.
