As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering supportive interventions to individuals seeking mental health, wellbeing, or distress support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of supportive interventions, including relational signposting, 1:1 coaching, and workshops on wellbeing.
  • Actively seek opportunities to promote the service to all communities across the city, drawing on your local knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Share your unique knowledge and understanding gained from managing your own mental health challenges to inspire hope and belief in recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote self-management and opportunities for improved health and wellbeing.
