Job Overview

DA Financial Trading Recruitment is seeking a dedicated 'Legal Support Specialist' to join our dynamic team.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Employment and Commercial law. Experience within the Financial services sector is highly advantageous.

This is a permanent position based in London, transitioning to a hybrid model after an initial period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insights into FX markets and innovative digital currencies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent and UK & UAE Employment law firms.
  • Examine legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Draft legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and employment contracts.
  • Support the recruitment process for new hires and associates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate signing and filing of all legal documents.
  • Engage in legal discussions with external law firms.
  • Monitor legal cases involving the company and report developments to the board.
  • Compile information for the Monthly Business Review for board meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business strategy and provide current legal advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with trading, marketing, compliance, branding, and product management to facilitate business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in employment law, with a preference for HR & Commercial law.
  • Demonstrated energy, commitment, and determination.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Educational background in banking and finance law; Corporate law and business law knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A Law degree with experience in paralegal support.
