Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior IFA Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing and monitoring new and existing business transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor new and existing business transactions with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries with professionalism and poise
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Liaise regularly with product providers and clients to ensure seamless communication
  • Support financial advisors in preparing client reviews and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with changes within the financial services industry, applying knowledge to improve processes and services
  • Comply with all company and regulatory guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of the Financial Services sector, with a strong knowledge of industry trends and regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks within a Banking & Financial Services environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
