Our esteemed hotel, a red star establishment with 3 AA rosettes, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 per year, plus service charge and tips.
  • Service Charge: Shared equally amongst all team members, adding around £305 per month (approximately £3,600 per year) to your salary.
