Workplace Overview: Nestled within serene landscaped gardens, this family-operated boutique hotel offers stunning vistas and specializes in classic British fare, utilizing local ingredients such as lamb, game, and fish. Guests can also indulge in afternoon tea in a warm and inviting lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a passion for culinary excellence and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including straight shifts and split shifts as required.
  • Manage your designated section effectively.
  • Willingness to learn from the Head Chef and Sous Chef, with a strong desire for career advancement.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality dishes with meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing fresh and local produce.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 1 Rosette standard establishment.
