About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team at Fletchers Group. As a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in our Clinical Negligence team, working on allocated cases, corresponding with customers and experts to ensure their cases are conducted in a proactive and commercially focused manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers
  • Proactive and commercial case management and progression
  • Support the Team Leader in ensuring the delivery of the team's financial performance KPIs
  • Effective and thorough time recording
Key Skills and Experience
  • Recent experience of handling a case load
  • 8 years+ PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Excellent IT skills especially in respect of Microsoft Office packages, Proclaim and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment
  • Ability to work well with junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring
  • Flexible and willing to commit to achieving results and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent Client Care Skills
