About the Role

As a Pharmacist with Boots, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer and patient care. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing guidance and reassurance to our customers, while ensuring the highest standards of pharmacy practice. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing pharmacy strategies to enhance customer experience and patient outcomes
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on pharmacy-related matters
  • Building and leading a high-performing pharmacy team
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety
  • Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services to meet customer needs

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a professional and caring approach, with a passion for community pharmacy and delivering exceptional care. You'll also need to demonstrate:

  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • High levels of professional expertise and a strong reputation among stakeholders, peers, patients, and customers
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
