We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to become an integral part of our construction division on a permanent basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for residents, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to project timelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and managing resident interactions effectively.
  • Addressing resident concerns and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintaining accurate property records and conducting satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitating seamless communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Proactively working to minimize disruptions for residents and fostering positive relationships.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is required.
  • Knowledge of occupied refurbishment processes is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in IT and adaptability to on-site operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driving license.
