Job Title: Woolmer Forest Timebank Partnerships and Outreach Worker

Job Type: Part-time (18 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Timebank Partnerships and Outreach Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our organisational partners and supporting the Timebank in reaching out to vulnerable members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to meet the specific aims of the project and engage with residents, particularly those who may need extra support.
  • Work closely with our organisational partners to create more links between the Timebank and their activities.
  • Assist the Timebank in working with those who find it more difficult to participate in community activities.
  • Contribute to the development of the Timebank's outreach strategy and help to identify new opportunities for engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in setting up projects and a passion for encouraging participation in the local community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • DBS check required.
