The Role: Building Safety & Compliance Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Building Safety & Compliance Director to lead our team in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. This is a crucial role that requires a deep understanding of building regulations, compliance standards, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive building safety and compliance policies and procedures aligned with statutory requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee all aspects of building safety inspections, audits, and investigations to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for maintaining building safety records, managing incident reports, and conducting training programs for staff and residents.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
  • Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to monitor building safety performance, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
