Qualifications
- Background in rural practice with a focus on development or experience in GP/P&D with a strong interest in rural issues.
- Degree in Town Planning, Development, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Proven experience in planning, development, and/or construction projects.

Core Duties
- Prepare planning applications and appeal submissions, conduct site evaluations, and perform feasibility studies.
- Provide strategic planning advice and other property-related expertise.
- Collaborate with the team on diverse and challenging projects, including redevelopment, housing developments, agricultural schemes, and more.
