The Avocet Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Operations Director in their daily tasks. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Director, including managing emails, calendars, and documents
  • Coordinate projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
  • Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
