Global Banking School (GBS) is seeking a motivated and innovative self-starter to add value to the organisation and generate revenue. Whether it's strategically identifying business leads, enhancing service quality, or identifying opportunities for performance improvements, this role guarantees variety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
  • Assist the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
  • Analyse customer feedback data to determine customer satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Support the programme management team to maximise enrolment.
  • Attend business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly.
  • Recruit, train, and guide business development staff.
  • Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Analyse financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Assist the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.
  • Support the team members to maximise enrolment.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility.
