Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment, and lead by example.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
