As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality specialist clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers to ensure effective communication and involvement in care planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives and policies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
- Participate in regular clinical governance meetings and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
