We are excited to present an opportunity for an Order Management Specialist / Administrator to become part of our dynamic project teams. This role encompasses the management and estimation of orders while delivering outstanding Customer Service and Support to our clientele.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS:
- Manage and process customer orders
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare quotations and handle order processing
- Accurately interpret customer requirements
- Engage with customers through various communication channels
- Maintain precise records of data, feedback, and customer needs
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS:
- Experience in an estimating or processing role is advantageous
- Background in Customer Service within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficient in IT
- Familiarity with SAP and other relevant systems is a plus, but training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
