Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
