Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues with orders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries, providing valuable insights for future procurement decisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as necessary, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements
  • Experience in purchasing/logistics is preferred, with a strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
