Join Our Team as a Store Manager

We are seeking a strong retail leader to manage our food division stores, including supermarkets and convenience stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front, driving sales, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a food retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality shopping experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and improving store performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
