About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join the Duty Manager team at East Riding Leisure Withernsea. The post involves the day-to-day running of a busy multi-purpose leisure facility and assisting the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the facility's operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in sports and leisure management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification, RLSS Pool Plant Operators Certificate, First Aid at Work, and IOSH Managing Safety award.
