We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Support Manager to join our Estate Services team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and value.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of contracts, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, and waste removal services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and record contractor performance, ensuring compliance with specifications and health and safety legislation.
- Organize and lead meetings with contractors and colleagues to discuss contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Estate Services team to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery.
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the grounds maintenance or facilities management sector.
- Excellent knowledge of amenity horticulture and relevant health and safety legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficient in using IT systems, including Excel and Word.
