Your Role

As a Female Bank Support Worker at Cygnet, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our care. Your day-to-day will be filled with opportunities to make a real difference in people's lives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
