Job Title: Business Analyst - Counterparty Credit Risk Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality analytics requirements, testing, training, and user support for various projects focused on Traded Credit Risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a new risk management system and CCR models.
  • Work with ITO teams to deliver relevant components for the reporting solution, including risk measures and limit management components.
  • Interface between Risk managers, Counterparty Credit Risk Modelling, and FO teams to ensure requirements are translated into tangible ITO deliveries.
  • Write business requirements documents and plan testing to ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Undertake functional testing and provide expert support to the business during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Provide user training and support for system implementations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering change in Credit Risk.
  • Understanding of Financial Markets business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
