Job Summary:

We are seeking a Multi-Faith Chaplain to provide spiritual support and guidance to our officers, staff, and volunteers. The successful candidate will be a befrienders who can offer a safe and secure listening ear, respecting the diverse nature of our service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual support and guidance to officers, staff, and volunteers
  • Build bridges of understanding between communities and the police
  • Articulate concerns raised by the community and challenge views that perceive the police in an unfair light

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good listener, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be able to articulate concerns and challenge views in a constructive manner.
