At NOV Inc, we're seeking a skilled Generator Technician to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance support to our customers onshore and offshore.

About the Role

As a Generator Technician, you'll work closely with our Workshop Supervisor and project teams to ensure seamless execution of operational activities. Your duties will include:

  • Undertaking operations of rental/sale packages in line with NOV procedures
  • Liaising with Workshop Supervisor, Project teams, Management, Clients, and Vendors
  • Preparing, reviewing, and fulfilling work orders
  • Providing after-sales services, including inspections, spares, advice, and recommendations
  • Participating in out-of-hours on-call rota

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering discipline
  • City & Guilds qualifications (desirable)
  • Electrical knowledge within installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance environments
  • Interpretation and marking up of engineering drawings
