Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Administration Assistant to join our Monsoon team. As a key member of our buying team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of a balanced and commercial product range for the Monsoon brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain samples in preparation for e-commerce shoots.
  • Transfer e-commerce imagery from vendors.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Manage product information for enrichment.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Support packaging and labeling requirements.
  • Chase legal agreements.
  • Input product information into the BBcat system.
  • Act as the point of contact with vendors and liaise with suppliers for repeat orders.
  • Create sales reports.
  • Confirm buying samples against production.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize own workload and proven administrative ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A self-motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop.
  • An active team player who contributes and supports other members.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience as a Buying Administration Assistant is preferable.
