Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance Specialist

Alecto Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance Specialist to join a leading business within the Anaerobic Digestion sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HSEQ team with delivering compliance, support, and advisory services, training, and consultancy for operations and management packages throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with day-to-day requirements of the Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems
  • Travel to sites to carry out internal audits with the H&S manager
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Coordinate and present HSEQ information
  • Liaise with various sites to ensure full H&S compliance

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Cert or IOSH Managing Safely
  • Environmental qualification desirable
  • Experience working within the Anaerobic Digestion/Waste management/Gas or process sector environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and statistics
  • UK Driving licence essential
