Job Title: Mental Health Nurse - Adults with Eating Disorders

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our inpatient hospital team for Adults with Eating Disorders in High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and develop and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications and conducting patient assessments.
  2. Develop and implement care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with patients, families, and carers to provide support and education.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Requirements:
  1. Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience.
  2. Relevant clinical experience.
  3. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  4. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to ensure good practice.
  5. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
