We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician with a core trade in Carpentry to join our team at LiveWest. This field-based role is located in the Torquay and South Hams area.
Purpose of the RoleYou will be responsible for providing a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio. This will involve working independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety of our customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer safety
- Act as an ambassador for LiveWest
- Be included in our out-of-hours service
- Have a core trade in Carpentry achieved by either a formal qualification or qualified by experience
- Have good general multi-skilled abilities
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy
- Be highly competent
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Ideally have experience working in customers' properties
- Hold a full UK driving licence
