Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Zinc Network is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our USG-funded projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and technical direction to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and management of project operations, ensuring timely delivery of results and compliance with USG requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with USG on managerial, strategic, and technical matters, including decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Represent Zinc Network to USG, governments, counterparts, local partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of work plans, MEL plans, and reporting efforts with award requirements and project objectives.
  • Oversee contractual and budgetary aspects of program management, including procurement processes and logistics.
  • Monitor and adapt activities to achieve results, ensuring effective implementation and complementarity with USG and other donor activities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with project goals and USG requirements.
  • Ensure high standards for performance and integrity across the program.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in a similar role, with experience managing projects from inception to close-out.
  • Experience in operations or project management on USG Assistance projects.
  • Knowledge of USG financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in budget management and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
