Role Overview:
The Senior Human Resources Administrator will provide expert administrative support within the organization, overseeing personnel records, engaging in recruitment activities, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic personnel records.
- Communicate with staff regarding various employment-related matters.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and collaboration with hiring managers, preparing recruitment documentation, issuing employment contracts, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Ensure the accuracy of information through electronic process tracking systems.
- Administer HR processes with efficiency and precision.
- Identify and implement enhancements to HR functions.
- Act as the first point of contact for complex HR inquiries.
- Generate analysis and reports as needed.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher.
- Proven experience in an HR Administrator role or similar, with a focus on advanced administrative tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and MS Office Suite.
- Background checks and an enhanced DBS will be necessary for the successful candidate.
