Strategic Site Development Project at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Join our team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and contribute to the strategic development of our Home in Goodwood. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will support critical processes such as Change Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support daily tasks within the project office, ensuring seamless coordination and management.
  2. Develop and improve policies, processes, and project rules to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Lead specific longer-term projects as part of our overall programme.
  4. Plan project workshops, team building events, and site visits to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  5. Communicate project updates through internal channels and regular briefings.

Requirements:

  1. Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  3. A competitive annual salary of £25,300, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata), and an attractive pension scheme.
  4. Contracted working hours of 40 hours a week, offering a rewarding work-life balance.
