Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular risk evaluations at the facility and coordinate preventive strategies in safety, security, and industrial hygiene.
- Develop and uphold the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management framework.
- Facilitate audits, drive action plans, and ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all facility projects.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards, oversee EHS metrics, and manage crisis situations effectively.
- Engage with community groups to support facility initiatives and manage legal aspects related to EHS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in team leadership.
- More than 10 years in safety-related roles, ideally within industrial manufacturing.
- Certification as a CRSP or equivalent is preferred.
