Humanities Educator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience
About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Humanities teacher to join our thriving specialist school. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons, ensuring the department and school achieve their aims.
You will be an enthusiastic, flexible, and determined individual who shares our values and is looking to develop their career in this specialist area.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and teach well-structured lessons.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches that motivate students.
- Manage student anxiety to ensure an enjoyable and safe working environment.
- Assess relevant subject and curriculum areas, including statutory assessment requirements.
- Experience of teaching at any key stage.
- Dedicated work ethic to ensure the needs of all students.
- Passionate about making learning effective and enjoyable.
- Qualified in subject specialism (desired).
