About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our bids and proposals team. As Chief Bid Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective bid strategies to secure new business opportunities for the NHS.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the NHS's business needs and priorities
  • Lead the development of bid strategies and proposals to meet these needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bid strategies are aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate the bid process, including proposal development, review, and submission
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on bid strategy and proposal development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid strategy and proposal development, preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting
  • Strong understanding of the NHS's business needs and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
