About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children. You will work closely with our SENDCO to support children with special educational needs, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized learning support to children with SEND, in line with their care plans.
  • Work with a wider group of children to cover the responsibilities of their Key Person, enabling them to focus on specific children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate qualities.
  • Experience caring for children under five with SEND, preferably in a nursery environment.
  • Ability to be a positive role model, effectively meeting individual children's developmental and care needs.
  • Enjoyment of contributing within a busy, team environment.
