About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualized care and education, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with SEND in their learning and development, in line with their care plans.
  • Work with a wider group of children to cover the responsibilities of their Key Person, enabling them to focus on specific children.
  • Collaborate with our SENDCO to develop and implement individualized plans for children with SEND.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Nursery Practitioner qualifications (Level 3, 4, or 5) or Early Years Educator qualifications (Level 6 or above).
  • Experience working with children under five, preferably in a nursery environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and nurturing approach to care and education.
