Regional Care Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Care Manager to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a Regional Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a remit of care homes across the Midlands, ensuring high standards of care for elderly people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support overall day-to-day operations of the remit through organisational strategies
  • Mentor and guide Home Managers to drive KPIs and deliver high-quality care
  • Implement high levels of quality and compliance across care homes, exceeding resident expectations
  • Drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, and promoting excellence
  • Recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Multi-site or Regional Manager within the social care sector
  • RMA level 4 / NVQ level 5 Management
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Exposure to and compliant with CQC
  • Passion for the care of elderly people
