We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a remit of care homes across the Midlands, England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, and promoting excellence.
- Recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them.
- Work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Home's business plan.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and exposure to CQC.
Requirements:
- Expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers.
- Current operational experience within the care home sector.
- Ability to implement a high level of quality and compliance across the home, ensuring that the level of care exceeds that expected from residents.
