Job Title: Graduate Countermeasure Development Engineer

Join MASS Consultants, a leading global technology company, as a Graduate Countermeasure Development Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge countermeasure simulation software tools.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate to join our Electronic Warfare Support Group (EWOS) as a Graduate Countermeasure Development Engineer. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX, and work closely with our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain countermeasure simulation software tools using MATLAB, Python, and Simulink.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
  • Analyse and design countermeasure techniques across various real-world scenarios.
  • Verify and deliver countermeasure solutions to customers for use in operation.
Requirements
  • Degree in a STEM subject, ideally in Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics.
  • Experience using programming software, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.
  • Understanding of the engineering development life cycle.
  • A UK National and eligible to work in the UK.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
