About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer with Motion Skills to join our team at Lucy Lawson Creative Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that integrate motion principles and branding projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling stories through film, moving assets, and various forms of motion.
  • Manage project streams efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Communicate ideas effectively to teams and clients through strong presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and core CC Software.
  • Deep understanding of design principles and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
