Our client, a prominent entity in Nuclear Generation, is seeking a Programme Analyst to support their operations.

In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing various data sets, delivering insights to key stakeholders to guide strategic planning.

Additionally, you will manage a range of internal training initiatives, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in an analytical capacity within a commercial environment
  • Proficiency in reporting and forecasting across diverse functions
  • Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Capability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office
  • High level of numerical aptitude
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling data packages for training committees, including tracking action items, preparing agendas, and gathering necessary documentation
  • Organizing and participating in training committee meetings.
  • Documenting meeting minutes
  • Generating training committee Programme Health Reports to assess the effectiveness of the training initiatives
  • Reporting on Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the management team for oversight of training program performance.
  • Analyzing trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for senior management.
* Providing tactical analysis of training data to support informed decision-making.

  • Facilitating organizational learning through the corrective action toolkit
  • Creating ad hoc training reports from the learning management system
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned
