Role Overview:
Our client, a prominent entity in the Nuclear Generation sector, is seeking a Training Technician / Analyst. This role involves the interpretation of critical data sets and the presentation of insights to key stakeholders to shape future strategies.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing various in-house training initiatives, ensuring adherence to compliance and legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile data packs for training committees, ensuring all action items are tracked and meeting agendas are prepared.
  • Facilitate and participate in training committee meetings, documenting minutes accurately.
  • Generate Programme Health Reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the training initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide management with insights into training performance.
  • Analyze trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for senior management.
  • Support organizational learning through the corrective action toolkit.
  • Produce ad hoc training reports from the learning management system.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in an analytical role within a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in reporting and forecasting across various disciplines.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
