Role Overview:
Our client, a prominent entity in the Nuclear Generation sector, is seeking a Training Technician / Analyst. This role involves the interpretation of critical data sets and the presentation of insights to key stakeholders to shape future strategies.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing various in-house training initiatives, ensuring adherence to compliance and legislative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile data packs for training committees, ensuring all action items are tracked and meeting agendas are prepared.
- Facilitate and participate in training committee meetings, documenting minutes accurately.
- Generate Programme Health Reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the training initiatives.
- Monitor and report on Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide management with insights into training performance.
- Analyze trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for senior management.
- Support organizational learning through the corrective action toolkit.
- Produce ad hoc training reports from the learning management system.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in an analytical role within a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in reporting and forecasting across various disciplines.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
- Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
