Job Title: HR Manager

Michael Page HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's growth and development by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in the field of HR, with a focus on generalist roles
  • Experience in providing payroll support and managing HR systems
  • Ability to work in a stand-alone environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor law
  • Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
What We Offer:
  • Salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 FTE per year
