Job Summary:

Sales Consultant

About the Role:

Simon Acres Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service, sales advice, and creating a professional sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
  • Achieve performance KPIs
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently
  • Handle telesales calls and adapt to new technology to enhance customer experience
  • Work flexibly and as part of the team, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to the required standard
  • Carry out daily cash handling routines
  • Adhere to data protection policies at all times
  • Change POS and update pricing changes within the store
  • Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Smart and presentable at all times
  • Drive to hit KPIs & targets
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and match to an appropriate product
  • Experience of active sales with a proven track record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year's retail sales experience
  • Advantage - Furniture sales experience
