The Job:

This role involves maintaining a wide range of mechanical process equipment and optimizing plant performance under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to deliver support for operations.
  2. Carry out work prioritizing safety, quality, and output.
  3. Contribute to a reliable maintenance function with best practices, including preventative maintenance.
  4. Work with the Maintenance team to adopt a proactive approach to maintenance.
  5. Maintain accurate maintenance data and close out assigned work using the CMMS.
  6. Effectively troubleshoot day-to-day equipment and system issues.
The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a similar background and be looking for the next challenge in their career. Self-starting and motivated, applicants will also need to satisfy the following:

Requirements:

  1. Time served Maintenance engineer.
  2. Experience in a high-volume process manufacturing environment desirable.

  4. Ability to apply engineering principles in a practical application.
