About the Role:

The Turing Scheme Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the delivery of the Turing Scheme, including planning and scheduling overseas trips, safeguarding support, and producing reports for management and the Department of Education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the successful delivery of the Turing Scheme
  • Plan and schedule overseas trips for students
  • Ensure safeguarding support for students participating in the program
  • Produce reports for management and the Department of Education
Requirements:
  • Experience of planning events and trips
  • Experience of developing and maintaining quality control processes
  • Excellent budget management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
