About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Armfield Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support to students in the classroom and during lessons
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Helping to maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Supporting students with special educational needs
  • Communicating with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress
